Koala Defi presents The NFK
The big NFK journey almost begins, Koalas! Get ready for the NFK!
The Koala Defi devs are currently finishing and optimizing the last things to get our platform ready for the big launch of the NFK, Koala Defi’s gamified functional NFTs.
The Non Fungible Koalas (NFK) are a collection of 1000 uniquely cryptographic generated digital koalas on the blockchain. Every NFK will be 100% unique and will be generated out of 10 characteristics: Background, Base, body, arms, ears, eyes, legs, mouth, nose and accessories.
The assets used for the characteristics will have a rarity score that will determine the rarity of the NFK. Out of almost 2,5 trillion unique possibilities, the 1000 best ones have been selected to become NFKs!
In total there will be 5 rarity tiers, with tier 1 being the most common NFKs.
Tier 1: 500 NFKs
Tier 2: 250 NFKs
Tier 3: 150 NFKs
Tier 4: 70 NFKs
Tier 5: 30 NFKs
Release date
The first 5 NFK will get released and be for sale on the 18th of September on koaladefi.finance in our soon to open NFK market. The exact time of the first NFK sale will be announced during PolyCon on the 17th of September. Of course we will also post the announcement on our usual social media channels, but if you want the scoop, make sure to visit Koala Defi on PolyCon 2021.
During the first NFK month there will be 100 NFKs for sale, a total 5 per day. To give everybody, worldwide, a fair chance to get hold of one of the very scarce NFK, the time of sale will move up 4 hours every day.
The price of a NFK
The NFK will be available to buy with Lyptus, Nalis or BNB.
The BNB NFK will cost 0,5 BNB, the NFK bought with Lyptus or Nalis will have a 20% discount. This first round will probably be the last time to get hold of a NFK at this price!
A big part of the Nalis and Lyptus used for the NFK sales will get burned. The rest of the funds raised by the NFK sale will get used to give the NFK utility, for game earnings and for marketing.
Gamification and utility of the NFK
After the first 100 NFKs have been sold, the first play 2 earn game and stake 2 earn pool will get released. In the meantime we’ll be working on extra utilities for NFK holders.
Things we’re currently considering and/or implementing are : Airdrops, IKO benefits, extra utilities and more! Please let us know what utility you’d love to see for the NFK, we love to hear your ideas!
The NFK will get released on the Binance Smart Chain first, when the Koala Defi Bridge is finished the NFKs will go multichain and will be available on Polygon too. There will be no extra NFKs generated for this, the 1000 NFK will get split over the BSC chain and the Polygon chain, making it possible to bridge them back and forth so you can hold them on your favorite blockchain
