Launchpad IKO: How-to contribute
KoalaDeFi IKO (Initial Koala Offerings — presale)
Now that the presale is really near, it’s time to show off our IKO launchpad. In the previous 2 blogs we already told you a lot about it, now it’s time to show it all to you!
We made this step by step guide so you’ll be 100% ready for the $Nalis presale starting 7am UTC on july 5th. Beware, the values in the screenshots are completely fictive and do not reflect the final presale amounts.!
There are 2 options to participate in the IKO
A : You invest BUSD only with 10% fees that will be used, once the IKO finishes to buyback $Lyptus at the market price and chewed(burned) them.
B : You invest BUSD and pay 5% fees with $Lyptus (buy $Lyptus) that will then be chewed(burned) once the IKO ends.
Wallet & Funds
- Make sure you have enough BUSD in your wallet to participate and enough $Lyptus to participate in option B.
Option A ex : You invest $1000, 10% will be deducted in fees ($Lyptus buyback at the end of IKO and chewed(burned), your total investment minus the fees will be $900)
Option B ex : You invest $1000, you will need 5% worth of $Lyptus for the fees (if $Lyptus is at $ 0.350 you will need 142.86 $Lyptus minimum) - Make sure you have unlocked your Wallet and connected it.
During the IKO
Option A :
Approve the BUSD contract and enter the amount you wish to invest, remember 10% of this amount will be charged for fees.
- Once you have entered the desired amount, you can confirm and accept the transaction in your wallet.
You will be able to see your contribution as well as the remaining contribution to which you can add funds if you feel like it in option A and/or B.
You will also be able to see how many $Lyptus will be chewed(burned) and how many BUSD have been charged for the buyback at the end of the IKO.
Option B :
- Approve both contracts and enter your contribution in the first box.
- The second box automatically calculates the number of $Lyptus you will need in order to participate in the IKO.
- Once you have entered the desired amount and verified that you had enough $Lyptus for fees, you can confirm and accept the transaction in your wallet.
You will be able to see your contribution as well as the remaining contribution to which you can add funds if you feel like it in option A and/or B.
You will also be able to see how many $Lyptus will be chewed(burned) and how many BUSD have been charged for the buyback at the end of the IKO.
End of the IKO
Once the IKO is completed, you will be able to claim your tokens.
You are now the happy owners of brand new tokens!
