How to participate in the POLYDefi $OCTAGON presale, a step-by-step guide
Just a couple of days left until the POLYDefi.io $OCTAGON IKO presale will start on the Koala Defi IKO launchpad!
In this blog we will show you step by step how to participate in the presale on Tuesday 28th of September at 9am UTC on koaladefi.finance.
In a previous blog we already explained “how to get your wallet ready for Polygon and the presale” and “how to bridge your tokens from BSC to Polygon”, make sure to read the blogs in case your wallet is not ready for Polygon yet.
The values used in the screenshots are fictive and do not reflect the final presale.
How to participate in the presale
The Koala Defi IKO launchpad makes it very easy to participate in presales. All you need to do is enter the IKO launchpad, make sure you’re on the Polygon chain and have your wallet ready.
Don’t forget, you will need some $Matic in your wallet for the Polygon transaction fees.
A little rundown on the most important numbers of this presale:
- There will be 10.200.000 $OCTAGON tokens available for the presale at a price of $0,013 USDC per $OCTAGON.
- There is a minimum contribution of $100 USDC and a maximum contribution of $1500 USDC.
- The hard cap of the presale is $132.600 USDC.
- The presale is on a first come, first serve base and will last for a maximum of 24 hours till Wednesday the 29th of September at 9am UTC.
Let’s go through the steps to successfully buy $OCTAGON
First click the “contribute” button to participate in the presale. This will give you a popup with a request to approve the spending of USDC
Click the “Approve USDC” button
Enter the amount of USDC you want to spend in the presale and click the “Confirm” button. This will prompt your wallet to popup to confirm the USDC transaction.
We advice you to at least increase the gas by x3 for a fast transaction to be sure to participate in the presale.
Congratulations, you’ve just participated in the $OCTAGON presale and your tokens will be ready to claim from the IKO launchpad on the 29th of September starting 9am UTC!
